SHIPPING, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
At Vizard's Guns & Ammo, we work to provide reliable shipping and clear order policies for firearms, ammunition, accessories, knives, reloading components, and other products.
Please review the following information carefully before placing your order. Shipping requirements and restrictions may vary depending on the products ordered, destination, carrier requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
SHIPPING PROCESSING TIMES
Firearm orders typically ship within 2–9 business days after payment has been received and a valid FFL has been received and verified.
Ammunition, accessory, and other eligible orders are also typically processed within 2–9 business days.
Processing times may be extended during periods of unusually high order volume, product shortages, industry disruptions, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment.
Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Orders placed between Friday after 12:00 PM Eastern Time and Monday at 12:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing on Monday. The applicable 2–9 business-day processing period begins from that time.
Once your order ships, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address associated with your order.
AMMUNITION & ACCESSORY FLAT-RATE SHIPPING
A flat-rate shipping fee applies to eligible ammunition and accessory orders shipped within the lower 48 states, subject to applicable weight, product, carrier, and destination restrictions.
Our standard flat-rate ammunition shipping applies to eligible orders weighing up to 40 pounds.
Orders exceeding 40 pounds may be subject to additional shipping charges. Additional charges may be calculated during checkout or billed separately when necessary.
Eligible ammunition and accessory shipments weighing up to 100 pounds may be shipped using standard package services when permitted by the carrier and applicable regulations.
Orders exceeding 100 pounds will typically require freight shipping and will be subject to additional freight charges. These charges may be determined after the order is placed.
Flat-rate shipping applies only to eligible shipments within the lower 48 states.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories do not qualify for standard flat-rate shipping and may incur additional shipping charges where shipment is permitted.
WE DO NOT SHIP AMMUNITION TO ALASKA OR HAWAII.
WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
AMMUNITION SHIPPING & LIMITED QUANTITY REQUIREMENTS
Ammunition is shipped using eligible ground transportation services and in accordance with applicable carrier and U.S. Department of Transportation requirements.
Small-arms ammunition qualifying for Limited Quantity transportation will be packaged, marked, and shipped in accordance with applicable transportation requirements.
Vizard's Guns & Ammo follows applicable carrier and hazardous-material transportation requirements for products requiring special handling.
Ammunition cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box and must be shipped to an eligible physical address.
We primarily use major carriers such as UPS and FedEx depending on the shipment, destination, product, and fulfillment location.
HAZMAT ORDERS
Products classified for hazardous-material transportation may be subject to additional shipping and hazmat fees.
HAZMAT ORDERS MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND HAZMAT CHARGES.
When additional charges cannot be calculated during checkout, Vizard's Guns & Ammo may contact the cardholder after the order is placed.
We will provide the applicable additional charges and obtain the cardholder's agreement before separately billing the card on file when required.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Orders requiring an address correction may be subject to a carrier address-change fee of approximately $20–$26 per package or tracking number.
Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order to avoid additional fees and delivery delays.
Once an order has shipped, Vizard's Guns & Ammo will generally not authorize a change to the delivery address.
We will also generally not authorize packages to be redirected to UPS facilities or other carrier locations when carrier rules, product restrictions, or our shipping requirements prohibit the change.
Many regulated-product shipments cannot be redirected after shipment.
ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
Certain orders require a signature or adult direct signature upon delivery.
Orders of $190 or more require a direct signature under our current shipping policy.
Most ammunition orders may also require an adult direct signature.
Additional carrier signature fees may apply.
If you would like to request a signature for an otherwise eligible package, please include the request in your order notes.
A requested adult-signature service may be subject to an additional $4.00 charge.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address associated with your order.
Registered customers may also log into their account at VIZARDSGUNSANDAMMO.COM to view available order and tracking information.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after a shipping label is created.
STATE & LOCAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws concerning the purchase, possession, transfer, and shipment of firearms, ammunition, magazines, accessories, knives, components, and other regulated products.
Additional requirements or restrictions may apply to orders shipped to states including:

Vizard's Guns & Ammo reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order that cannot lawfully be fulfilled or for which required documentation has not been provided.
RESTRICTED-STATE AMMUNITION ORDERS
Vizard's Guns & Ammo currently offers ammunition fulfillment options for eligible customers in certain restricted states, subject to applicable state and local requirements.
California ammunition orders cannot generally be shipped directly to a customer's private residence and must be shipped through an appropriately licensed California ammunition vendor or other legally authorized recipient unless the customer qualifies for an applicable exemption.
New York ammunition orders must be shipped to an eligible dealer or seller authorized to receive and process the ammunition transaction in accordance with applicable New York requirements.
Massachusetts and other restricted-state orders may require licenses, identification, permits, or other documentation before an order can be processed.

REQUIRED IDENTIFICATION & DOCUMENTATION
Certain states, products, orders, or verification circumstances may require additional documentation.
Depending on the destination and applicable requirements, customers may be required to provide documents including:
• Driver's License or State ID
• License to Carry (LTC)
• Firearms Purchaser Identification Card (FPID)
• Blue Card
• Firearm Owner's Identification Card (FOID)
• Other applicable licenses, permits, identification, or documentation

Orders requiring documentation will not ship until the necessary documentation has been received and verified.
DRIVER'S LICENSE & AGE VERIFICATION
Vizard's Guns & Ammo may require a copy of a valid driver's license or government-issued identification for ammunition and accessory orders to verify legal age, identity, address, or eligibility.
Your order will not ship until required documentation has been received and verified.
If an order, customer name, billing information, shipping address, or other information cannot be verified through our systems, we may request additional documentation.
Orders that cannot be successfully verified may be subject to cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE: Inventory is not guaranteed or reserved indefinitely while required verification documents remain outstanding.
We recommend submitting requested documentation as quickly as possible to reduce the possibility of an item becoming unavailable.
HIGH-VALUE ORDER VERIFICATION
High-dollar-value orders may require additional cardholder and payment verification before shipment.
Additional documentation may be requested to verify that the individual placing the order is the authorized cardholder.
An order requiring additional verification will not ship until the required verification process has been completed.
PAYMENT
Vizard's Guns & Ammo accepts major credit cards as eligible forms of payment.
We do not accept gift cards as payment.
FIREARM SHIPPING & FFL REQUIREMENTS
Firearms will only be shipped to an appropriately licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
The actual purchaser/cardholder must complete the applicable firearm transfer process through the receiving FFL dealer, including the required background check and paperwork.
Customers purchasing firearms are responsible for providing the required receiving FFL information.

Customers should provide their receiving FFL information promptly to prevent fulfillment delays.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY VIZARD'S GUNS & AMMO OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders carefully before completing checkout.
An order, item, or package may not be returned without prior authorization from Vizard's Guns & Ammo.
When Vizard's Guns & Ammo approves an eligible return or customer-requested cancellation, the customer must follow the return instructions and applicable timeframe provided by Vizard's Guns & Ammo.
Approved returns must be initiated within 3 business days of delivery and completed within the applicable 5-business-day return timeframe.
The customer/cardholder is responsible for return shipping expenses and must use a shipping method that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.
Products must be returned in brand-new condition with unopened packaging when required.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or otherwise fail to meet the approved return requirements may not qualify for a refund.
15% CANCELLATION / RESTOCKING FEE
When Vizard's Guns & Ammo approves a voluntary customer-requested cancellation or eligible return, the transaction may be subject to a 15% cancellation or restocking fee where permitted by applicable law.
The applicable refund will reflect the 15% cancellation/restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable on voluntary customer cancellations or returns.
Return shipping expenses are also the customer's responsibility.
The 15% customer-requested cancellation/restocking fee does not apply when Vizard's Guns & Ammo cancels an order because we cannot fulfill it, or where a full refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
FIREARM RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL.
Firearms are non-returnable and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Vizard's Guns & Ammo because of a verified fulfillment error.
Firearms ship directly to an eligible FFL dealer.
Customers should carefully inspect the firearm at the receiving FFL dealer BEFORE accepting and completing the transfer.
Once the firearm has been transferred to the purchaser, the firearm is considered accepted.
Manufacturer defects and warranty issues should generally be handled through the applicable firearm manufacturer.
AMMUNITION POLICY
ALL AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL.
Ammunition and applicable ammunition components are non-returnable and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Vizard's Guns & Ammo because of a verified fulfillment error.
There are no voluntary returns, refunds, or exchanges on ammunition.
KNIFE POLICY
ALL KNIFE SALES ARE FINAL.
Knives are non-returnable and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Vizard's Guns & Ammo because of a verified fulfillment error.
There are no voluntary returns, refunds, or exchanges on knives.
ACCESSORIES POLICY
ALL ACCESSORY SALES ARE FINAL.
Accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Vizard's Guns & Ammo because of a verified fulfillment error.
There are no voluntary returns, refunds, or exchanges on accessories.
WAREHOUSE & FULFILLMENT ERRORS
If Vizard's Guns & Ammo or one of our fulfillment warehouses ships an incorrect product or makes another verified fulfillment error, please contact us promptly.
When a return is appropriate, Vizard's Guns & Ammo will provide instructions for the authorized return or attempt to correct the order.
This exception does not change the general final-sale policy for customer-requested returns.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY SERVICE
Products with manufacturing defects or warranty issues should generally be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Please contact the applicable manufacturer regarding warranty repair, replacement, or other warranty assistance.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If an order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact Vizard's Guns & Ammo as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery or discovery of the issue so we can assist with the applicable carrier claim.
Do not discard shipping boxes, packaging materials, labels, or other materials associated with a damaged shipment.
The shipping carrier may require the original shipping box and packing materials for inspection before approving a damage claim.
FIREARM DAMAGE CLAIM PROCESS
If a firearm arrives with shipping damage, the customer and receiving FFL should preserve the firearm's shipping box and all packing materials.
The carrier may require these materials for inspection as part of the damage-claim process.
The customer is responsible for making the firearm, shipping box, and applicable packing materials available when required by the carrier.
Carrier damage claims may take up to approximately 3 weeks to complete.
Customers should inspect firearms BEFORE completing the FFL transfer whenever possible and contact Vizard's Guns & Ammo immediately if shipping damage is discovered.
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE
Nothing in this Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policy is intended to waive or limit any customer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
Vizard's Guns & Ammo reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot legally or reasonably be fulfilled.
Shipping policies, carrier requirements, product restrictions, and applicable laws may change. Vizard's Guns & Ammo may update this policy as necessary.
