ORDER INFORMATION & SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and FFL information when placing an order.
Orders requiring an address correction after shipment may be subject to a $20 address-change fee per package or tracking number associated with the carrier correction.
Please carefully verify all shipping information before submitting your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional fees, delivery delays, returned shipments, or other shipping issues.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order by Vizard's Guns & Ammo.
Vizard's Guns & Ammo reserves the right to review, refuse, or cancel an order before shipment when reasonably necessary, including but not limited to product availability, inventory discrepancies, pricing or product-data errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, missing documentation, FFL issues, or an inability to lawfully fulfill the order.
If Vizard's Guns & Ammo cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
INVENTORY & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability and inventory quantities displayed on VIZARDSGUNSANDAMMO.COM are subject to change without notice.
Inventory information may be received from multiple warehouses, distributors, suppliers, manufacturers, and other fulfillment sources.
Although Vizard's Guns & Ammo makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory and availability information, displayed inventory does not guarantee that a product will remain available for fulfillment.
Vizard's Guns & Ammo reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, cannot be obtained from the applicable fulfillment source, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REJECTED PACKAGES
Except where otherwise expressly authorized by Vizard's Guns & Ammo or required by applicable law, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Customers should carefully review their order before completing checkout.
Vizard's Guns & Ammo generally does not accept voluntary order cancellations, returns, exchanges, or rejected packages after an order has entered processing or shipment.
Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate or restrict a customer's cancellation, refund, or other rights when those rights are required by applicable federal, state, or local law.
If Vizard's Guns & Ammo is unable to ship merchandise within an applicable promised shipping period, the order will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including any legally required notice, opportunity to consent to a shipping delay, cancellation option, or refund.
Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty should generally be submitted directly to the manufacturer for applicable warranty service.
FIREARM PURCHASES & FFL TRANSFERS
Firearms purchased through Vizard's Guns & Ammo will be shipped only to an appropriately licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Before purchasing a firearm, the customer is responsible for confirming that the firearm is legal to purchase, possess, receive, and transfer in the customer's state and local jurisdiction.
After placing a firearm order, please contact the FFL dealer where you would like the firearm transferred and have the dealer send a copy of their current FFL to:

Please have the dealer include your name and Customer Order Number so we can properly match the FFL license to your order.
If the required FFL information is not received within 4 business days, your order may be subject to cancellation.
Once the receiving dealer's FFL has been received and verified, the firearm will typically ship within 2 business days.
Once the firearm ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
FIREARM INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE
When your firearm arrives at your selected FFL dealer, please inspect the firearm carefully BEFORE completing the transfer.
Customers are responsible for verifying that they received the correct firearm and for inspecting the firearm's condition before accepting the transfer.
The receiving FFL dealer will complete the required transfer paperwork, background check, and other legally required procedures.
Please do not accept the firearm transfer until you are satisfied that you received the correct firearm and that there are no issues that need to be addressed.
Once the firearm has been transferred to and accepted by the customer through the receiving FFL dealer, the firearm is considered accepted and is not eligible for return or exchange under our firearm return policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Manufacturer warranty rights, if applicable, are not affected by this provision.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding products purchased from Vizard's Guns & Ammo.
Certain firearms, ammunition, magazines, accessories, components, and other regulated products may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions.
The customer is responsible for determining whether a product can legally be purchased, possessed, received, or transferred in their jurisdiction before placing an order.
Age restrictions and identification or documentation requirements may apply to certain products.
Vizard's Guns & Ammo reserves the right to request documentation reasonably necessary to verify legal eligibility or complete a lawful transaction.
Vizard's Guns & Ammo reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when we determine that the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled or when required information or documentation has not been provided.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address appropriate for the products ordered.
Certain products may be subject to carrier restrictions, hazardous-material requirements, adult-signature requirements, FFL delivery requirements, or other shipping restrictions.
Vizard's Guns & Ammo is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other similar events.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, notice, or refund rights that a customer may have under applicable law when an order cannot be shipped within a legally applicable timeframe.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING ERRORS
Vizard's Guns & Ammo makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and pricing.
However, typographical errors, incorrect pricing, inventory discrepancies, incorrect manufacturer or distributor information, product-data errors, images that differ from current manufacturer configurations, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
Product images may be representative and should not be relied upon as the sole source for determining product specifications.
Customers should review the written product specifications and manufacturer information before purchasing when a particular feature or specification is important to their purchase.
If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or contains a material listing error, Vizard's Guns & Ammo reserves the right to refuse or cancel the affected order before shipment, whether or not an order confirmation has been issued.
If payment has already been collected for an order that is subsequently canceled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
